A Year in Photos: Week 52

Day 361

We of course had to eat at Cindy's while Husband's family was here, it is tradition afterall. 

Later that afternoon we went to another Christmas. My cousin is a wonderful cello player and it's always my favorite part of Christmas when we get to sing to her and my Uncle playing carols. Reese and Zilla also joined in this year. 

Day 362

Our last Christmas was with the Wagner's. The cousins definitely enjoyed opening gifts....

and then unpacking Mimi and Papa's suitcases. 

Day 363

On Tuesday we took the girls to the Palaestra, basically an open gym, to release some energy. Reese loved it! I think Eva did too.

Smiling because they are about to eat Babe's! If there ever was a girl that needed a "crazy hair, don't care" shirt, it would be Reese.

Day 364

Obviously I did a pretty terrible job at taking pictures, but early Wednesday morning we said goodbye to the Wagner's. We're so thankful they all came out to visit us. We definitely had a great time!

Day 365

Happy New Year's Eve! We didn't have any plans and ended up just hanging out at the house that evening with my mom. It was a great way to end long year. Here's to 2016!

Day 354

When you're a mom to a little girl, you have to forgot how tender headed you are and let her play.

Reese was playing with her Daddy and I heard lots of laughter. I came into the living room to this scene.

Reese got a Minnie coloring book from Dad and Cindy and hasn't let anyone else color in it. So, of course it was a big deal when Daddy got the go ahead to color with her. :-)

Day 358 

We went to Christmas Eve Mass at All Saints. We didn't get there in time to grab seats for everyone. In fact, we had two seats for all of us. We'll plan better next year, but I very much enjoyed getting to spend Mass with my family. These kids make the chaos worth it!

After Reese went to bed, Husbandy and I had lots of wrapping to do! So, we put on Elf and went to work. Here's what Christmas morning would look like for Reese!

Day 359

Merry Christmas!

After opening gifts we met the neighbors at the playground because it was gorgeous outside! To top it off, we were the only ones there and it was perfect.

After naps we all headed to Mimi's for more gifts and lots of food. 

It got a little crazy and all the kiddos (minus Brooklyn) decided to play and open gifts with no shirts on. We also held our second annual Christmas in your PJs. Talk about comfort.

Day 360

We didn't think we were going to be able to make this Christmas, but due to some bad weather delays, we went to our 4th Christmas after nap at my Aunt's house. The kids helped pass out gifts which was very cute.

After terrible weather (tornadoes and all!) The Wagner's finally made it to town! We met them at Lockhart's and ate (more) food. Mimi Wagner loves her granddaughters.
