We had a new accountant start in my region, so we went to lunch at Hop Doddy's (a new burger place by our work). It just so happened to be their 4th anniversary and they created a birthday shake for the occasion. It was delicious!

Another video of Reese going over some animal sounds. I've watched this video no less than 100 times (the fact that it freezes in the middle annoys me every time). :)

I turned on the monitor and thought this was so sweet, all cuddled up with her blanket!

Reese has a book that her Mimi gave her which includes pictures of them together. She is constantly getting that book and pointing out Mimi, it's really cute. Since she started to become more familiar with family members, I pulled out this photo album so she could start learning everyone. She looooves flipping through all the pages!

We went to the state fair the last weekend it was open. We got there pretty much right when it opened and stayed for about two hours, which was plenty of time. (I love this picture of Reese pushing the stroller with her daddy, such a little helper.)

 

We were able to feed the animals....

 

eat a Fletcher's corny dog....

 

and see Big Tex! After all the fun Reese was OUT for the car ride home. :)

A Year in Photos: Week 41

Day 278

The car ride home...love these girls.

After three hours in the car driving home from CS, I was back in the car for another 45 minute drive to Anna. I had so much fun with the girls, but playing with all these kids is the best.

I noticed after reviewing a few things at work this is the date I was writing. You would think after 9 months I'd have 2014 down.

My new favorite thing to do with Reese is go through animal sounds. She's learned more since this video, but here's a few of her firsts. The clock is my favorite, so I had to ask twice.

Reese's new favorite toy is our spice cabinet. We've quickly had to move all glass containers. :)

Before I left for girls weekend, we had a delicious dinner at Braums. Reese is a pretty big fan of their chicken tenders. This was right after we took pictures for our church directory. Can't wait to share that picture, cause Reese was NOT in to it.

All Dallas, Houston, Austin, and College Station GND members met for girls weekend. Everyone dance like Chelsea!

So blessed to have these girls (and those that couldn't make it) in my life!

My adorable nephew, John, was baptised (look at that tongue)! Those are some pretty stellar looking Godparents. :)

 

 

Had to add this one because of Reese. Granny wanted a picture with all the grand kids there....Reese wasn't having it (Brookly really wasn't either).

I hosted GND and this is the aftermath. You know it was a good night with 3 bottles of champagne and 1 bottle of wine.

I love Reese's smile in this one. She's having so much fun with her pal, Dean, at daycare.

Reese's daycare was closed, so mommy took the day off! Poor Reese went to her 15 month checkup and had 3 shots. :-( We had a great day after that though. We went and saw Amanda and baby Clara, had a nice long nap, then went for a walk. When we came back, daddy was home!!

We went to see Kate play soccer! Watching three year olds play soccer is pretty entertaining. I loved the fact Kate and her teammate started ring around the rosie during the game. And you can't forget Charlee, look at that smile!!!
